The Groton Mystic Lacrosse Association (GMLA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for youth to learn and play lacrosse. Serving the communities of Groton, Mystic, Ledyard, and surrounding areas in Connecticut, GMLA focuses on building self-esteem, confidence, and teamwork among its players.
